AIATSL Recruitment August 2015 for the post of Customer Agent
Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL) intends to appoint eligible and suitable candidates, who are highly motivated, inspired, dedicated and prepared to put in arduous field work [only Indian Nationals] through 'Walk-in-Interview' for the position of “Customer Agent" on regular basis.
Brief Summary of Vacancies:-
Customer Agent:- Vacancies: 90. [i] Age: Max. 28 years as on 1st September, 2015. [ii] Salary: Rs. 14,000/= pm. [iii] Qualification: Should have possessed Graduation degree in any discipline/ faculty of 3 years’ duration from a recognized University with knowledge of basic Computer operations.
Language Proficiency:- Required to have well-knowledgeable in English language. Should have proficiency of Local and Hindi languages i.e. ability to understand and speak is needed.
Height:- Required to have 158 cms [for Male] and 152.5 cms [for Female] candidates. Relaxation in height is applicable as per rules.
Selection Procedure:- Selection will be done on the basis of educational qualification, experience and performance of the candidate in the Group Discussion Personal Interview and Pre-Employment Medical Examination. Screening will be based on the details provided by the candidate; hence, it is necessary that applicants should furnish only accurate, full and correct information. The final decision of selection will be at the discretion of the management.
Application Fees [Non-refundable & Non-transferrable]:- All candidates are required to pay Rs. 500/=. Belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD/ EXSM category candidates are excused from fee payment. Fee Payment will be made by means of a Demand Draft in favour of “Air India Air Transport Services Ltd.”, payable at Mumbai. Candidates are required to write their Full Name, & Mobile. No. at the reverse side of the Demand Draft.
Note:- Candidates are requested to appear for Personal Interview in formally dressed.
Tenure:- Selected candidates will be considered for appointment on a fixed-term Contract basis for a period of Three years, subject to their turn in merit order and Medical fitness suggested for the post.
Medical Test:- Candidates will have to bear the cost of the Pre-Employment Medical Examination, which could be between Rs. 1000/= and Rs. 1500/=.
